Every massage is customized to your needs. Whether you’re looking to ease tension, improve mobility, or take time to relax, I’ll tailor your session to support your goals.

With more than 19 years of experience, I may incorporate a variety of techniques, including therapeutic massage, deep tissue work, stretching, and cupping, depending on your needs and preferences.

These techniques may be incorporated into your session based on your needs and preferences. We’ll discuss which options are right for you.

  • IASTM Instrument assisted soft tissue massage

    IASTM

    Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization uses specially designed tools to address areas of muscle tension and restricted movement. It may be incorporated into your session to support comfortable movement.

  • Himalayan hot stone massage

    Himalayan Hot Stone

    Warm Himalayan salt stones are incorporated into your massage to help ease muscle tension and encourage relaxation.

  • Cupping massage therapy

    Cupping

    Cupping uses gentle suction to lift the skin and underlying tissue. It may help ease muscle tension and support mobility. Temporary marks can occur.

    Not every technique is appropriate for everyone. We’ll review your health history and discuss any considerations before your session.

    60-minute massage
    90-minute massage
    30-minute stretch enhancement*


    *Available as an addition to a 60-minute massage.

  • Massage table set up in a home gym.

    Chair massage is available for events or special medical circumstances.

    Tools & Techniques

    Depending on your needs and preferences, I may incorporate tools such as a percussion massage device or fascia tools into your session.

    Payment & Insurance

    Massage by Tiffany LLC is private pay and does not bill insurance. An invoice or proof of payment can be provided upon request for clients who would like to submit it to their HSA or another eligible account. Please check with your account provider about eligibility.
